Ese riego se hace imprescindible cuando la sequedad de la arena del ruedo provoca las molestas nubes de polvo, que son levantadas por el toro en sus desplazamientos, convirtiendo la atm\u00f3sfera en irrespirable y cegadora, a veces, para toreros y espectadores.
