PUBLICADO EN <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ABC.es\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>www.ABC.es<\/strong><\/a><strong> POR PILAR CERVILLA.<\/strong> <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Espa\u00f1a,<\/span> con un <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">d\u00e9ficit del 9,2 por ciento<\/span> de su Producto Interior Bruto, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">un paro del 21 por ciento y casi cinco millones de parados<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">y una deuda de<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">680.000 millones de euros,<\/span> tiene que enfrentarse a una profunda regeneraci\u00f3n de sus instituciones. Unas <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">administraciones p\u00fablicas cuyo gasto se ha desbocado<\/span>, como se refleja en la <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">deuda de 6.208 millones de las diputaciones, de 52.000 de las empresas p\u00fablicas o 1.480 de las televisiones auton\u00f3micas.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La grave y profunda crisis econ\u00f3mica que atraviesa Espa\u00f1a ha obligado al Gobierno de Zapatero a realizar una serie de reformas para recortar el gasto p\u00fablico y reducir el d\u00e9ficit del Estado.
